  • Can I amend my Swingball base from a spike to an all surface base or vice versa?

    We advise all customers not to amend or add to models as it changes the strength and stability of the product. The tubes are also different diameters for different models. We do not take responsibility for damages and injuries that may occur from a modified item.

  • What is the best Swingball for a 3 year old?

    The Early Fun All Surface Swingball is a great one to start the little ones off... 

  • My Teenagers are getting quite competitive, what's the best swingball for them?

    The Swingball Adult range may be suitable as they are more robust.  The Slingshot wobble base adds a whole new competitive edge to the game due to it being faster and more unpredicatable.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We provide a  next working day delivery and also our choose your day service to UK mainland addresses*  , for orders placed before 1pm. Next working day is defined as Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays and goods can arrive anytime from 8am to 6pm.  Our carriers achieve well over 98% next day deliveries on time but occasionally they will not due to circumstances beyond our control. We request your understanding in this respect. 

    Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

  • Can I buy from a retailer?

    Yes please see our list of authorised stockists.  We would advise to contact them first to check that the item you want is in stock before visiting. 

  • If I am ordering as a present, is it possible for the order to be sent to an address other than the billing address?

    Of Course! At checkout it will ask you initially for your delivery address,  when you get through to the payment stage of checkout it will ask if your billing is the same as delivery,   please ensure you change your billing to the correct address or your order will not process.

  • Can I request to return a product online?

Help with my Swingball

  • Why is the bottom pole in my Swingball not stable and why does it move around in the base?

    The small collar on the bottom tube must be underneath the lid and not on top of it. Place the foot of the bottom pole in the small cup in the bottom of the base. Then slide the lid over the top of the pole, fill the base with sand or water, push the lid down so that it sits on the collar and clip the lid down to the base.

  • My Ball and Tether does not travel around the head of my Swingball?

    Attach the ball and tether to the head of the Swingball at an angle. One side of the string loop needs to be higher than the other for it to travel up and down the grooves in the spiral head.
