Returns Policy

Standard Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. The returns address is Mookie Toys, 11 Enterprise Way, Flitwick, Bedford MK45 5BX.

Returns must be sent in the original packaging.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we will charge you a reasonable sum for the reduction in value the goods have incurred.Goods must be received back in a saleable condition and in the original packaging or subsequent charges will be made to cover the cost of returning the goods to you. We regret in the instance goods are received back in an unsaleable condition we will be unable to issue a refund for the order.  Please ensure that you send any goods back via a tracked, signed for service as we cannot take responsibility for the goods until they are signed back in to our warehouse.

Damaged Delivery

If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. If the damage is not visible until you open your parcel, please notify us within 48 hours. Please check all contents of your order on receipt of goods. We are unable to accept returns of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you may return this item to us, in the original packaging, in accordance to your statutory rights. All items will be inspected and if deemed faulty we will replace or refund accordingly. Please see below information regarding your return.
